Day 1: Native Lamas City Tour – Afternoon
Pick up from the airport and transfer to the chosen Hotel.
03:00 pm Pick up starts to visit the city of Lamas. Lamas is located 30 min from Tarapoto, it is known for its immense cultural value and its three natural levels.
04:00 pm Visit to the Plaza de Armas of Lamas.
05:00 pm We will visit the Castle of Lamas, the historical and ethnological museum of the Chancas.
05:00 pm Visit to the native neighborhood.
06:30 pm At the appropriate time, return to Tarapoto and then transfer to your Hotel.
Day 2: Full Day Blue Lagoon (Laguna Azul)
07:30 am Breakfast at your respective Hotel.
08:30 am Departure to Laguna Azul, 53 Km from Tarapoto on the Marginal highway of the jungle (South) to cross the Huallaga river by raft, and continue the journey until reaching a town called Sauce.
11:00 am Reception at a private farm located on the shores of the lagoon.
11:30 am Boat ride on the lagoon with stops at important places in the Lagoon.
01:30 pm Lunch – Qasikay Restaurant.
Free time to rest, swim in the lagoon, and organize to do some extra sports.
04:00 pm Departure to Tarapoto and then transfer to your Hotel.
Day 3: Full Day Alto Mayo – Moyobamba
07:30 am Breakfast at your respective hotel.
07:30 am Pick up starts to visit the Alto Mayo.
10:30 am Visit to the Orchid garden, a place where you can see the representative plant of the entire Alto Mayo valley.
11:30 am Visit to the regional drinks tasting center where you can observe the variety and peculiarity of their names. We continue with the 30-minute trip to the city of Rioja.
12:30 pm Arrival at the source of the Tioyacu River to enjoy a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear turquoise waters.
02:00 pm Return to Moyobamba for lunch at a tourist restaurant.
03:30 pm Arrival at the San Mateo Thermal Baths.
05:00 pm Brief visit to the Río Mayo coffee factory for a coffee tasting.
06:00 pm At the appropriate time, return to Tarapoto.
08:00 pm Arrival in Tarapoto and transfer to your hotel.
Day 4: Full Day Carpishuyacu Waterfalls
07:30 am Breakfast at your respective Hotel.
09:00 am Pick up and departure from the hotel to km. 32 of the Tarapoto – Yurimaguas interoceanic highway. Start of a 25-minute walk approx. On the tour you will be able to appreciate varieties of flora and fauna. Crossing the Tiracu stream on a rustic log raft. Arrival and enjoyment of the San José thermal baths. Continue the 20-minute walk to the waterfall and time to swim.
02:30 pm Appropriate time for lunch.
04:30 pm Arrival in Tarapoto and transfer to your hotel.
Day 5: Full Day Salto de La Bruja Waterfalls
07:30 am Breakfast at the hotel.
09:00 am Pick up starts and departure to the Salto de la Bruja waterfall. Approx 40 min trip.
10:00 am Arrival at the entrance and start of the walk of approximately 10 minutes until arriving.
11:00 am The waterfall has a circuit of waterfalls and you can find various pools to enjoy a refreshing swim.
Free time to swim and enjoy the place.
02:30 pm Appropriate time for lunch.
04:30 pm Arrival in Tarapoto and transfer to your hotel.
Day 6: Ahuashiyacu Waterfalls – Morning
07:30 am Breakfast at your respective Hotel.
10:00 am Departure to the Ahuashiyacu Waterfalls, located 14 km from Tarapoto in a mountainous system that surrounds the Escalera mountain range, whose fall is approximately 40 meters high. Its name means "singing water" or "laughing water". It descends through the Escalera Mountain Range to the natural pool at its base.
12:30 pm Return to the city of Tarapoto.
01:00 pm Arrival in Tarapoto and transfer to your hotel.
At the appropriate time we will transfer you to the airport.
