Enjoy an unforgettable afternoon visiting the imposing natural landscapes and the cultural wealth that the surroundings of Chachapoyas offers.
Half Day: Huancas and Sonche Canyon
Our excursion to the community of Huancas begins at 2:00 PM, the agency's mobility will pass through your hotel in the city of Chachapoyas. This day we will visit one of the most traditional communities in the Amazon region, recognized as the nation's cultural heritage.
We will visit the Sonche canyon with more than 800 meters deep. Immediately we move to the Huanca Urco canyon, which has the most impressive landscapes in Chachapoyas.
Then we move to the community of Huancas to visit the craft centers, where you can appreciate and acquire their traditional ceramics.
At the end of our visit we return to the city of Chachapoyas to visit the Luya Urco viewpoint that will allow you to have an incredible view of the city, we continue to the main square to visit the museum of the Ministry of Culture that has a large collection of mummies, quipus, ceramics and pre-Hispanic artifacts, to end our tour we visit the historic center of Chachapoyas.
