Enjoy an exclusive private tour that combines the best of our history and gastronomy. From a local market to an interactive cooking class (with two excellent options) and visiting the icons of the City of Kings.

09:45 AM: Pick up from the Hotel in Miraflores or San Isidro.

Our first stop will be a local market, a place full of color and life where you can interact with merchants and get up close and personal with the fresh and native products of Peruvian gastronomy. You can taste 3 seasonal fruits.
Cooking Class in La Gran Patrona
Pisco Sour Class: You will learn everything about pisco, its history and the varieties of this national drink. Using lemon juice, gum syrup, egg white and Peruvian pisco, our expert mixologist will guide you to prepare your own cocktail and enjoy it.
Cooking Class Options (to choose from):

- 01 Drink Class: Pisco Sour.
- 02 Kinds of cold dishes: Ceviche and Chicken Causa.
- Courtesy: 1 glass of chicha + 1 unit of picarones.
▶ OPTION 2 (Additional cost S/. 30):
- 01 Drink Class: Pisco Sour.
- 01 Cold dish class: Ceviche or Chicken Causa.
- 01 Main dish for consumption: Lomo saltado or Rice with seafood.
- Courtesy: Glass of chicha, soda or national beer.
We will delve into the preparation of the Limeña Cause, combining mashed yellow potatoes with fresh ingredients. Then, if the option includes it, we will prepare the Ceviche, knowing the cutting, marinating and citrus dressing techniques for this iconic Peruvian dish. Finally, we will enjoy our creations.
Miraflores and Huaca Pucllana
Love Park: We will visit the Parque del Amor in the famous Miraflores neighborhood. Opened on Valentine's Day in 1993, it is the perfect place to walk, sit on its mosaic benches, and read phrases dedicated to love.
External View of Huaca Pucllana: You will appreciate from the outside an impressive view of this pre-Inca pyramidal structure, which stands out in the middle of the city and shows the unique fusion between the past and modern life.
Historic Center of Lima
Plaza Mayor of Lima: Located in the heart of the historic center and surrounded by very important buildings such as the Cathedral, the Government Palace, the Archbishop's Palace and the Church of the Sagrario.
San Francisco Convent: Very famous for its library and basilica. It is also known for its enormous and mysterious Catacombs, where thousands of bone remains from the colonial era rest.
We finish the tour with a demonstration and additional tasting of the “Pisco Sour”. Finally we will board our unit to return to the Hotel.
