Pacaya Samiria Exploration

4:00 AM Staff from our agency will pick you up at your hotel to transfer you to the port of the city of Yurimaguas. We then start our 4-hour river transport trip to the community of Lagunas, where we meet with our native guides. After breakfast we start our 30-minute transfer by motorcycle taxi to Tibilo port.

10:00 AM We start our expedition, this day we will use artisanal boats to move for 5 hours along the Tibilo river to our cabin located in the sector called Posa Gloria. During our visits we will do endemic bird watching, crocodile sighting, piranha fishing among other activities.

8:00 AM After breakfast, we start the day in a canoe to get around during the excursion. This day we will do crocodile sighting, monkeys, exotic Amazonian birds, piranha fishing among other activities. During the afternoon we will have a 2-hour trekking, where we will learn about medicinal plants and giant trees.

7:00 PM We start our night visit to sight crocodiles, fish for piranhas and enjoy Amazonian legends and the peace that nature brings us.

8:00 AM We start our 4-hour trip to the point called Camotal, during our tour we can appreciate dolphins, river otters, monkeys and aquatic birds. Lunch in Camotal, in the afternoon you will have free time so you can swim and enjoy the peace that nature brings us.

8:00 AM We start our excursion with 4 hours of Trekking in the Pacaya-Samiria National Reserve, where you will see a great diversity of medicinal plants, edible plants, lianas with drinkable water and we will do recreational activities.

1:00 PM Lunch in Comotal, right after we will have a canoe ride, sports fishing, at night we will have a campfire and our guides will tell us traditional Amazonian legends.

8:00 AM We start our return trip 7 hours to the Posa Gloria cabin, during our return we will make stops for photo shoots, lunch and other activities. Arrival at Posa Gloria 5 pm, dinner and overnight.

5:00 AM We start our return trip for 6 hours to Tibilo port where our mobility awaits us to transfer us to the community of Lagunas. Lunch and transfer to the port for our return trip to the city of Yurimaguas.
